App needs work
The training and exercises themselves are amazing. I love the videos and how tos. But you can’t comprehensively see phase 1 and 2 together. Apparently this is on purpose so you don’t “skip ahead” but I’m a busy professional and sometimes life is crazy and I can’t quite keep it up like I’d like and so I want to go back a week or two. But once you’ve gone into phase 2 you can’t see phase 1. I wanted this for a wholistic workout plan I can keep up but I can’t keep it up when I can’t see everything. Maybe he could offer a PDF of the exercises too? And plus maybe once I’m deep into phase 2, I’m not feeling great one day and I want to go back and do an easier phase 1 workout. I should be able to do that. Honestly the app is just pretty frustrating and that’s my main beef. The actual content is great, the platform and reasoning behind not letting someone who paid for the entire program see and use the entire program at once is pretty ridiculous.
