Best one so far
Probably the best one that matches with the google exchange rate. Have been using for quite long time now and had no issues at all and with quick customer support, I have always found quick response for all my queries. The transaction has been always completed within an hour even though the standard timeline are mentioned as a day. I don’t find any reason to search other money transfer platforms. Highly recommended!!!

Poorest service. Overall feels like a SCAM
I been using vance a while for now. And it looked like they where the best at initial transactions. But as the transaction and amount increases the time to reach the money is also going long. And the worst part is their customer service. Agents are not at all concerned about you. All they have is pre defined replies which is sent to you after hours of your enquiry. I regret now in referring the app to my friends before.
Recently i had done a transaction and it wasn’t reflected in beneficiary account event though it was showing successful. When i enquired they were saying it would take another 72 hours to reflect in account. Whereas their FAQ claim that it takes only 24hours to complete a transaction and in worst case 2-3 hours extra. When i enquired about the reference number for the successful transaction, they are not ready to provide and pointing to their banking partners which they don’t reveal. Overall it feels like they are running a scam day by day.

Unacceptable delay even after 24 hours
“I am beyond frustrated with this app. I initiated a money transfer over 24 hours ago, and it’s still stuck in ‘processing’. This is absolutely unacceptable for a service that’s supposed to be fast and reliable. I expected the transfer to be completed in minutes, as advertised, but instead, I’m left in the dark with no updates, no support, and no solution. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, and there’s no transparency on why this is happening. If you value your time and money, avoid this app at all costs. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any financial service. I will never trust this app again!”

Useless app
One of the worst app to transfer money. Please use this app only if you want to stuck your money here. As per the app company it’s mentioned there that it will take max 24 hours to complete transaction but after 24 hour transaction still showing processing. And after that there is no option to cancel transaction. Never ever recommend this app to anyone. Use on your risk or use if you want to stuck your money. Because there is option for live chats but no one is there to reply in chats. It’s just computer generation chats. You can’t get any help from these option. Poor service. Worst app I have ever use.

Pathetic service
Higher transaction amt takes ages in Vance & the so called customer service via chat and email is just for the name sake I suppose. No one is alive out there. I have sent 1000£ two days back and still it hasn’t reached my recipient in India and there is no any other ways other than chat or email to get in touch for help but no one responds. Vance sorry perhaps I am one amongst your first and highest users but if I am treated like this then I don’t know about other new users. New users all the best but I am so fed up now and one my 1k £ transaction is settled with Vance then I am going to uninstall it. Vance- Invest on customer support if you want to grow bigger else all the best and yeah please clear my transaction at the earliest. Another few hours it will be 48 hrs. Regretting that I chose you guys over world remitly which I used to use before. Gonna go back to them now. All the best! CLEAR MY TRANSACTION ASAP ELSE REFUND 🙏🏻

Worst App Ever for Money Transfers - Avoid at All Costs!
I have been waiting over 4 days for my money to be transferred, and there has been absolutely no progress or update from the app. This is completely unacceptable for a service that claims to facilitate quick transfers.
What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times and have not received a single response. It’s like their customer service doesn’t even exist. For an app handling financial transactions, this level of negligence is appalling and has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.
I would strongly advise against using this app if you care about your time or money. This is the worst experience I have had with any money transfer service.
