Our commitment is to provide refurbished and recertified tanks of equal value through our exchange program. However, we understand that some customers may prefer to keep their existing tanks. In such cases, we recommend Service #3, where customers can refill their portable tanks without exchanging them. This option allows customers to maintain ownership of their tanks while still enjoying the convenience of refilling them through our network of affiliated retailers. Thank you for sharing your feedback about the gas delivery service. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the service. However, we want to provide a more accurate picture of the situation. Firstly, it is important to clarify that the confusion regarding the amount of gas you needed was due to a lack of clear communication on your part. Your tank is not a 70 gallon tank, and Florigas actually delivered 155 gallons (full tank) by accident instead of 50. This mistake was not caused by the service, but rather due to the miscommunication on your end. While it is true that the service charges higher rates than the going rate for gas, it should also be noted that they provide a convenient delivery service, which incurs additional costs such as service, delivery, and driver tip fees. These fees are clearly outlined in their pricing structure. In regards to the charge on your card, the service did not just add a charge without your knowledge or consent. They attempted to contact you to clarify the amount of gas you needed, but did not receive a response, so they proceeded to fill up your tank all the way. We apologize for any confusion. It is important to note that not only did you charge back for the 155 gallons that were mistakenly delivered, but you also did not pay for the 50 gallon order that you had requested. This is a concerning issue that we take very seriously. We encourage you to rectify this situation and pay for the gas that was delivered to you. It is not fair to the gas delivery service to be left with unpaid charges for a service that was provided to you. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
