If you have a new tank and you want to exchange it for something of equal value, do not count on that. We traded in our brand new tanks and got spray painted nasty tanks and our forklift tank was a brand new aluminum tank they exchanged it for an expired metal tank, and I cannot get anything comparable to what we exchanged in the first place. please do not use the service. If I could post a picture of what I have in the video, I just took I would share, but there’s no option to.

Avoid using this app and service. They charge almost 40% more than the going rate for gas and add a $30 service fee, a $25 delivery fee and a $20 tip for the driver. If you need gas delivered, just Google it and call the local service provider and save 40-50%. A 50 gallon $350 order for me has turned into over $1300 in charges. They claim the third party delivery service actually delivered 150 gallons. This is impossible as my tank is only 70 gallons and it’s irrelevant because I only ordered 50 gallons. They didn’t call to confirm or clarify rather just added a $778 charge on my card. When speaking to them to resolve this I was informed they would call me back in an hour. That was also not true. ****update to dev response. Sheridan WY police are trying to contact your organization for suspected fraudulent behavior. Not only did you charge me for my original order, you charged me an additional $1350 since even after promising to refund the fraudulent charges if I updated my review. I’ve updated it. Next step is getting you removed from the App Store. There is no confusion, you ripped me off and are being held accountable.

Firstly, it is important to clarify that the confusion regarding the amount of gas you needed was due to a lack of clear communication on your part. Your tank is not a 70 gallon tank, and Florigas actually delivered 155 gallons (full tank) by accident instead of 50. This mistake was not caused by the service, but rather due to the miscommunication on your end.
While it is true that the service charges higher rates than the going rate for gas, it should also be noted that they provide a convenient delivery service, which incurs additional costs such as service, delivery, and driver tip fees. These fees are clearly outlined in their pricing structure.
In regards to the charge on your card, the service did not just add a charge without your knowledge or consent. They attempted to contact you to clarify the amount of gas you needed, but did not receive a response, so they proceeded to fill up your tank all the way.
We apologize for any confusion. It is important to note that not only did you charge back for the 155 gallons that were mistakenly delivered, but you also did not pay for the 50 gallon order that you had requested. This is a concerning issue that we take very seriously. We encourage you to rectify this situation and pay for the gas that was delivered to you. It is not fair to the gas delivery service to be left with unpaid charges for a service that was provided to you.
