Review

Good little game with one huge problem which I assume you can get around by paying. 2 adds to every battle you spend more time watching them than playing the game. Shame really.

Good game. However.

I think the game is quite well done. The art is incredible and the ways you can interface your cards is quite unique. I haven’t put any money into the game and I’ve been playing and doing the daily’s for 3 months. However I can’t find any information on the game online. No data on the cards, heroes, armor, card typings, or just general discussion (at least not in the U.S.). As a video game journalist and mobile game influencer I’d love to see or even start a discourse about this game, as in my personal opinion it is quite good and not as forceful of paying as some people make it out to be. Regards and happy hero hunting.

Very fun but needs to fix a few things

I have just started playing this game and personally I enjoy it a lot, it has a good concept and is easy to learn however it does have a couple of issues that I think needs to be fixed, first I would change the amount of energy that everyone gets and the time it takes to recharge it as I have quite often found myself not being able to play for as long as I would like due to not having any energy, and the other thing that they could change is in regards to the gold and gems in the markets and gem offers, I feel that for the price it doesn’t provide that good or rewards and I would also like to see a some more variety in them

Do not waste your time

This game is fun. It’s a good time. But the amount of adds you are hit with makes a good time, absolutely garbage. I literally had to close 5 adds back to back as soon as I opened the game today. Then, believe it or not, I enter one of the locations to play and bam, more. Every single time you open a different location in the game, you’re hit with more adds to purchase this pack. No? How bout this pack? No? How about these 7?

No. I have only played a total of 5 hours and I have probably seen 500 ‘Great Offer!’s.

Do not waste your time. I understand a game needs to make money for the developer. But one as money hungry as this, which makes the game unplayable, is absolutely ridiculous. How about once every 5 minutes? Not every 20 seconds. That’s still a lot of ads but at least it’s not ruining the enjoyment of the game.

I mentioned I haven’t played for long, but when you can actually play, the game is fun. Only reason I gave 2 stars. Deleted.

Stack up the same units on a deck is so dumb!

The only way to save this game is one or maximum 2 same units on a deck only. Then there will be strategies and combinations make it fun. Buy a pack of same very sick units like slime or mosquito then you ruin the game. Make other units looks useless. Making the game dumb, no strategy, no fun.

The game his fun. Lots of great cards and events.
The main problem his the astronomical amount of ads you have to watch if you want to progress without bleeding to death.
Every 30sec combat, you have to watch not 1 but 2 ads to get full prizes. Some ads are 45-60 secs. Abusive
I am uninstalling even if I like the game.
It’s sad because more player a would pour l’au and spend money without them

My thoughts

I like a lot of aspects about the game, characters, powers, graphics no complaints it is a fun game. But the cost of ascending and the lack of materials you receive for how much you have to play is ridiculous. I also find it to be irritating when trying to upgrade gear and it fails so much for the high cost that it takes. These cost for these things are also a problem as there isn’t any good way to farm coins. So after having spent money to try to get powerful enough to move forward and then still feeling stuck I find myself less wanting to play this game and looking for other options that try to draw the player in better. I still play hoping these things will change but for now it is more of a bore amd find myself rather doing nothing.

A good game, and a recommendation

I really like this game because of how much strategy goes into the card battles and the many ways to build a strong team. If I could improve one thing, it would be the energy recharge. When you collect an energy recharge reward, it immediately goes into effect regardless of how much energy you currently have. I think it would be much better if the energy recharge was an item you could save and use when you do not have enough for a campaign or dungeon battle. It would be much like the arena token recharge item.

Great game overall

Very fun and addictive for anyone that enjoys grinding/levelling, collecting and strategy games. I also find it has a good balance of being relaxing without being too mindless.

Although I do think a few things can be improved:

- Epic and legendary skill tomes are too difficult to acquire, which makes it nearly impossible to fully upgrade your best cards.

- The number of artifacts you can store should be increased to avoid having to tediously cull your inventory every few days.

- There should be a way to have different artifacts applied to your card for different decks, rather than them being applied across all decks. It would make testing different setups much easier.
