Hello Dre Marie, thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. We completely understand how important it is to have control over your account. Fortunately, there is a way to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it, and once you’ve reset it, you can proceed to delete your account. Please follow these steps to reset your password: 1. On the welcome screen, tap "Log In." 2. Enter the email that you registered with. 3. Tap Continue. 4. On the "Enter Password" page, tap "Forgot?" 5. Enter the email that you registered with again. 6. Tap "Reset Password." An email will be sent to you with instructions to reset your password. Once you’ve reset your password, you can log in and delete your account by following these steps: 1. Go to your Profile. 2. Select Settings. 3. Tap "Login Credentials". 4. Tap "Delete Account". We hope this helps you resolve the issue, and we truly appreciate your patience.
