  • Best mobile game I’ve ever played

I’ve been playing since September of last year which was a year ago and I’m so close to HR 150 I have 3 grade nines 2 of which are one upgrade away from grade 10 which I already have one of so I’m doing pretty good. But unlike most players I actually started playing Monster Hunter games with this one this game is really fun I play it with my dad every day and it’s a great way to bond with him. A few more things I have nine star enemies now but sadly I have trouble soloing them so my dad and brother help I’m the best out of them but I stared before them and I carried my dad until he got to grade fours then he could do his own but my brother got to be carried by me and my dad and my and him already had grade 8s so he got to grade 5s instantly but I’m the only one with 9 stars so I basically am the best. Lastly I love each update and appreciate each one and I’m fine with the dimensional links being in my circle but I got a lot more sixes but that wasn’t as fun because I love grinding in this game and first aid meds aren’t a problem if I die I wait to heal. If you are still reading this just know that no matter how much hate this game may get I will always love you guys for making so much memories for me I will always support your work and will always be positive about everything you do for it. PS: I now play Rise and 4 ultimate and I think that you guys should add switch axe as the next weapon thank you goodbye have a great life. :)

  • Good but needs improvements

I enjoy this game. I’ve played most of the MH games over the years. This one is fun and I do like playing it. The problem comes from the fact that you basically run into a pay wall. Potions are very much needed in the game, due to if you don’t have enough health, you can’t fight a monster or if you go down in a fight, you need them to get back up. But you don’t get enough of them unless you spend money. You are give 5 free every day. But if you plan on playing for an extended period, you will probably go through those quickly. In my opinion this is a big hinderance to the game. If you want people to play your game more frequently, you should make potions available like how the pokeballs are in Pokémon go. Put in land mark things like the pokestops. Yeah i understand you use those for the mining points/etc. but most of the time materials just go to waste and take up space because they don’t get used. The drop rate for materials may ch big the monster you fight is crappy. You shouldn’t get rank 1 materials when fighting 5+ star monsters. That’s just a waste. You should at least for sure get 1 material that matches the monster. That’s fair. The game is fun. It just needs some tweaks.

  • Nonsensical Restrictions

Can’t recommend. To this day, STILL cannot play as passenger. This is an easy 5 star if passengers were allowed to hunt. Allow me to explain why the restrictions don’t make sense.

If you are playing while in a car or public transport, etc (as passenger, obviously) your gameplay is limited to inventory and quest menus only. Presumably, the idea here is to stop (stupid) people from hunting while driving, OK fair enough. Problem is, it doesn’t work. If you’re driving and playing (because you’re stupid and deserve whatever comes to you), then can just stop the car somewhere or be a jerk on the road making others wait to get the hunt started which then can’t be restricted, etc. Basically, if you’re the driver and you’re playing, you’re fine because you have control of the vehicle. If you’re the passenger however (the one should be able to play), you can’t do anything. Wanna play during your daily commute? No. Wanna play while your SO or friend is on the wheel? No. Wanna play for your friend on their phone while they drive? No. Wanna have some fun doing multiplayer on a road trip with friends? No. Wanna just gather some stuff idly on a trip or commute? No. You a student taking the bus to school or something and wanna play with your friends to and back from school on the bus? No. Sorry, no fun allowed go play Pokemon Go instead. This only burdens actual passengers, not drivers. Capcom, why???
