Much better!

Much better than the old Konnect app. I think it’s cleaner and offers better information.

Only issue is the EDF tariffs are not up to date so I had to customise mine.

New app, nothing works

Useless. Seems to be more unreliable and the charger seems to disconnect from the cloud all the time. Making the thing just an expensive brick on the wall.

No diagnostics or able to reset it. It should at least have bluetooth for when their servers are not responding.

Enhancement requests

The hardware looks great but is still let down by the smart app.
I would like to see
1) The usage of grid and solar fixed, mine still shows the wrong information.
2) Ability to set charging via Amps not just percentage of Solar/Grid
3) Link to Home Assistant so it can be managed and automated.
4) Work with Octopus IO.

Feels like a downgrade

Looked less polished that previous Konnect+ app. Fonts seem disjointed and UI generally feels unfinished and harder to read. Look forward to having more useful app but design wise it’s not really ready for launch. Love my charger still!

Nice improvement over Konnect app, would be nice to see some customisation available eg colour of your charger, switch between % and miles on charge added etc

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. You are able to customise the charge point colour – please go to Settings, click on your charge point and then choose Device Information.
