Romantic carnival rewards

Love the new update and all the new rewards! but the romantic carnival screen won’t let you collect your rewards. it just gives you a window telling you what you are getting and there is no claim button, it’s cut off within the screen

Updates that ruin the game

Why do you create updates that change the game so much it becomes unrecognizable, and really difficult to play. Plus they changes are so complicated it becomes impossible to figure out how to complete simple tasks. I loved playing Merge Legends…and now it is just a chore and I find I am losing interest and motivation. And the amount of ADS! What a pain! I really think instead of wasting time changing everything maybe you should try to make the game more inviting.

My best game

It is REALLY Fun but sometimes on the event islands there’s an item that doesn’t merge also this game is much more fun than the adds make it look and totally different and you get to chose a name for your character and you get to choose what gender your character is. Point is if you’re considering getting this app.DO IT!!

This game is so awsome! Love the dragons they are so cute. Just wish their was a better way to get hearts it takes two time to get hearts. Which doesn’t leave as much game time as I would like. As I said I do love it though.

Many bugs - don’t download until they fix

The game is riddled with seemingly minor but very annoying bugs (sometimes items disappear or it will merge 3 items instead of 5 depending on the angle you slide the items in). The first issue I had with an in-game event, when I finally got a response, the event was over. They offered me a “link” to claim 100 gems as an apology, but the link was broken and no gems were received.

I reached out again when the same event as before had the same error and also reminded them they had sent me a broken link. They didn’t acknowledge the broken link, but told me to download the newest version.

Guess what? Event is still broken. And now there are other issues with not being able to collect energy. I am kicking myself stupid for ever spending a dime on this bugged game. I just hope they see this and maybe fix issue. But based on their responses to my other problems (and from what I can see online), that seems unlikely.
