Am subscribed and yet it won’t let me past the page demanding I subscribe. Literally stole my money and now I can’t use it.

The interface is a bit unclear at first but after a few days it’s fine. it’s simple but it’s not always clear what to do next

$79.99 is too much for anyone to pay in one go. Make it $7.99 monthly and you will have me as a member and you’ll make a little more each year from others choosing to join!

A good app which has improved my motivation and sleep. The lesson buttons are a little glitchy, but i’m sure that’ll be fixed.
Complex but interesting
Learning a lot so far - lots of helpful insights, just challenging to incorporate it all into my habits. Still new, so we’ll see… also tapping the next page in the daily lesson doesn’t always work

Really making a difference
Only 3 days in but have already learned so much that is making a huge difference. It’s a well designed app. Does take about 10 mins a day to get full use out of it though doing the cbt course. Maybe in future updates there can be a quicker way to get the tips every day?? Feeling very curious about what I might be able to achieve with more energy.

Thanks for helping me get back on track
I love this app. I knew I had some sleep problems but my iPhone just telling me how long I slept doesn’t really help me solve it. Memo on the other hand actively gives you a plan to stop feeling fatigue or go to sleep faster
