Useless…
This app has flaws which make the monitoring functionality useless.
Anytime I move more than 10-15 yards away from the battery, the app looses connection to the battery. Then, the only way to get the app to reconnect is to turn the battery off and then back on. When I do that, I’m looking at the battery’s screen, so there’s no need to use the app.
The WiFi only works with 2.4 GHz.
Also, why is it necessary to create an account to monitor a battery?

So far so good
Maybe they fixed those things by now, but seeing a number of reviews where folks say that e.g. the lamp control doesn't work as expected my 1000 v2 doesn't have those issues. Connectivity and all the app offers work as expected. I'll likely add solar panels when I see them on sale.

Login.
You have to login to use the app. So, if you have no access to internet, like while camping, it’s useless.
Do not agree to terms!
What they did is a very scummy practice that all big corporations are doing, right now! They tell you that some features can only be controlled by the app, you download, and agree to their terms. By “agreeing”, you now cannot hold them liable, if this product causes harm to you, your family, or your property. I did not agree, and deleted the app, immediately.

Works, could do more
Installed the app tonight, seems to work OK with my 2000 v2. Screen buttons are responsive.
It would be useful for the app to display voltage at the DC input port, for those who connect bulk LFP batteries to the solar input. Maybe a firmware update could add this?

Would like to see more functions added
I love the simplicity, pairing with my Explorer 600 plus was almost instantaneous and the button response was very good. I love that i can control the light from the app, its probably my favorite feature and that i can toggle on and off emergency fast charging in case of desperate need of full charge quickly.
I would like the option to add device categories like laptop or phone or other to cater charging preferences to a type of profile set by device or something like that. For instance I may not need my laptop to charge as quickly as i need my phone to charge. Having different profiles could help with that.
As a content creator I love the versatility this app allows me to use with a product I’ve already fallen in love with!

App with all missed opportunities
I understand this is probably still early days of development for the app and new gen power stations, but so many simple smart/automation features could have been and aren’t in it, it makes the app barren and almost devoid of features or anything you couldn’t already do from the buttons on the front of the box.
1. Charge/discharge max min limits (eg 20% 80%)

App works great!
I have no idea why the rating is so low, but this app was easily to install and is very user friendly.

Please rollout Dark Mode. This App glows in my face at night ☹️
Work well, need some new features
It works well. Please enhance with these features:
1. Send notifications when battery drop to 20% or selected percentage. Need to connect socket manually under battery saving mode
2. Do not auto logout idle session. Need to check occasionally and this is annoying to re-enter password and click terms & condition
