  • All around hot mess

    Can login in on app but not on my computer. Some products don’t load at all in the app (so cannot purchase). Cart icon shows 6 products then I click on cart and it says empty cart. I’m literally blocked from ordering. I’d love to give my naturopath the credit for using it but it just doesn’t work. Also the prices are not discounted. The prices are discounted to same price as outside the app on other sites. I found my products for less than this app when I had to revert to buying them elsewhere because I couldn’t get this app to work. First attempt was a month ago and I’m trying again and have wasted way too much time. Trying to make a purchase. I’ll just go elsewhere. To the developers: please fix the app, issue an update, and make it clear all problems are gone and I’ll consider trying it again.

  • Price Locks

    The app and website make inputting valid coupon codes virtually impossible, thereby extorting patients into paying exorbitantly marked up prices for necessary health supplements.

    Fullscript is not the only company extorting customers in this way (most companies are selling supplement at astronomical markups, just as Fullscript does). However, Fullscript is the only company I’ve found to date that makes inputting valid discount/coupon codes virtually impossible. This, paired with their lack of a phone number to contact customer support to remedy the issue, makes successfully troubleshooting the issue almost impossible.

    Given these issues, I have since found a new supplier for my roughly $500/month supplement orders. Fullscript has many great features, but at the end of that day, what matters most is the ability to afford all the supplements needed to maintain and regain one’s health.

  • Bad customer service

    Make your orders well ahead of time. Warehouse is constantly making mistakes and if you go through support, Crystal, Lisea, and Tricia are the worst. They have no sense of correcting their mistakes and compensating customers for lost time and missed supplements. They won’t update you about a missed order or items that aren’t even stocked (even though you ordered them) until you contact them for a refund.
    Being involved with health you would assume they would take care of their customers needs

  • Auto order question.

    I just received a big order now it says I have a auto order shipping soon. I can’t figure out how to stop it. The customer management of your app site is not user friendly.

  • Bug with Buy Again

    For months now, the app won’t let me scroll through the whole Buy Again list. After a couple scrolls, it resets to the top. So I can’t really use it for mobile purchases and have to log onto the website. Very annoying.

  • Difficult

    Too hard to use. Will order on Amazon in future.
  • Glitchy app

    It shows all the supplements I put in my cart and when I click on the cart, that says I have 5 things in it, it says your cart is empty. It won’t allow me to order anything and I have in the past. Super frustrating! I really want to support my practitioner but it makes it impossible. I’m not sure what’s up.

  • Please add order history

    This is much better than going to a website to place an order. The main thing missing is a way to review your order history. Please consider adding that feature in a future update.

  • Disappointed

    Why did Wellevate change to Fullscript? Wellevate App was much better, easier to use and included more information about the supplements.

    Cannot search for or buy products other than what you have previously purchased rendering the app useless for purchasing anything new.
