Was super good. We had a call at the time scheduled. The doctor was fantastic she was very kind and interested in my pet. She gave a diagnostic but recommended to go to a vet in person. Which I did. Diagnosis and medicine where exactly the same. Next time I’ll wait couple of days before going to the in person doctor might save myself some bucks.
Overall excellent service. It’s super nice to know that you can have expert advice just a phone call away.susie dleon

As someone with 5 dogs & 3 cats this app has been a life saver. So easy to chat with a vet to get advice on if something is normal, without having to spend $$$ for my in person vet to tell me everything is fine! This app is so worth the $5 a month.RyMorr

Have been a dog owner for many years. Just adopted a new boy and was offered a three month trial for The Kin through our adoption shelter. He was have a vomiting issue so I thought I would try the Kin first. So happy I did. The Vet Dr. Stevens was knowledgeable, thorough and had a nice demeanor. It didn’t feel as if the call was rushed.
