Basically, no one told me this was exclusively for cats and dogs when I paid into it, just that a veterinarian would be able to help me with my animals. Spent my last money on a membership to get my dying button quail help, and they refused to do anything whatsoever, wouldn’t write a prescription or anything. My bird died in an incubator in the middle of the night because they refused to help. Maybe put a warning “WE CANNOT OFFER VETERINARY HELP FOR ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOMESTIC HOUSE CATS OR DOGS” because it was my last money, and I’ve been trying for months to get a refund but no one ever returns my emails. Buyer beware, if you have exotics, farm animals, or even common pets that aren’t under the “cat and dog” rule that are sick, do NOT attempt to use this app. It will get you nowhere and is a waste of money for anyone with even a mild animal hobby or collection. Animals are not objects but we call a zoological grouping a collection so. Either way, this was a horrible experience and I watched my best friend die because of this app lying to me.
