    Was super good. We had a call at the time scheduled. The doctor was fantastic she was very kind and interested in my pet. She gave a diagnostic but recommended to go to a vet in person. Which I did. Diagnosis and medicine where exactly the same. Next time I’ll wait couple of days before going to the in person doctor might save myself some bucks.
    Overall excellent service. It’s super nice to know that you can have expert advice just a phone call away.

  • Love this app

    As someone with 5 dogs & 3 cats this app has been a life saver. So easy to chat with a vet to get advice on if something is normal, without having to spend $$$ for my in person vet to tell me everything is fine! This app is so worth the $5 a month.

  • Get the Kin

    Have been a dog owner for many years. Just adopted a new boy and was offered a three month trial for The Kin through our adoption shelter. He was have a vomiting issue so I thought I would try the Kin first. So happy I did. The Vet Dr. Stevens was knowledgeable, thorough and had a nice demeanor. It didn’t feel as if the call was rushed. All my concerns were addressed and a follow up report was sent to me. I am grateful to have an expert on hand. This app is a game changer for pet owners. I will purchase the app.

    This app is the bees knees!! The vets are friendly, patient, and most importantly knowledgeable! I mean, seriously, if you’re a nervous, but financially impaired pet parent like me, download it .. now .. don’t wait, you don’t have time… this is the one!!

    So glad I found this app saved me an in-person vet visit and with the recommendations of the Vet I spoke with corrected my Beagle’s diarrhea. Would highly recommend this app. Thank you for helping me!!!

  • Best app ever!!!!!!!

    My dog was bite by another dog and this app helped me in many ways.I was able to chat ,video chat or get a phone call about my concerns. I was connected to a vet right away that answered all my concerns and helped me find a vet with fee first visits and low cost this app is great and I give it 20 outta ten thank u kin app

  • Thankful for the vet support 24/7

    We have been using this app since we got our 3 month old mini aussiedoodle puppy and it has helped us so much! I don’t know what we would’ve done without it when our dog was little.
    It is also very helpful to have if your dog has a surgery to have an expert look at the incision without having to leave the house. Thank you!!

  • If I could give less than 1 star I would !

    I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a week and I’ve been trying to delete my account for a few days. I canceled my subscription through app (because the app won’t let me) but the app is still trying to charge my account. I don’t want to pay for a service that I’m not using. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel an account
