Was super good. We had a call at the time scheduled. The doctor was fantastic she was very kind and interested in my pet. She gave a diagnostic but recommended to go to a vet in person. Which I did. Diagnosis and medicine where exactly the same. Next time I’ll wait couple of days before going to the in person doctor might save myself some bucks.
Overall excellent service. It’s super nice to know that you can have expert advice just a phone call away.

The Vet Dr. Stevens was knowledgeable, thorough and had a nice demeanor. It didn’t feel as if the call was rushed. All my concerns were addressed and a follow up report was sent to me. I canceled my subscription through app (because the app won’t let me) but the app is still trying to charge my account. I don’t want to pay for a service that I’m not using. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel an account
