Thank you for your review, we are so happy you found us! Please give your three dogs our love!The app has some bugs here and there but the doctor’s advices are great! Really easiest my anxiety about my cats and they also provide much more comprehensive and holistic recommendations than my usual vet visit where sometimes it can feel a bit rushed when they have too many cases on their hands.

When downloading the app it made me purchase without the trial period after already setting up the free trial. I then keep getting prompted to subscribe after I’ve already done so. It won’t give me access. I want my money back!!

Turns out he was being dramatic, but I LOVED that they were there for me and supported me in making the best decision for what he needed. It was the weekend and we were worried we’d have to go the the EV. They gave me advice and told me what to watch for to know exactly when he needed to go to the EV. We never did but followed up with our primary vet a few weeks later. The limp was gone, but just to be sure. :) Now I use the app regularly for questions about diet, exercise, and behavior. Things I can and do just Google, but the information can be overwhelming! Every vet has their own opinion of course, but it’s nice to just talk with someone and be assured your questions are truly answered. I love their articles too! Our primary vet wanted Hiro to go on a diet, and between the Experts and the articles answering my questions Hiro has just about reached his goal weight! Thank you!!
