This app advertises it is 24/7 but it IS NOT! I paid 5$ for a service that was not given. And sadly they don’t have any availability for me to call until a day from now.. there is nothings 24/7 about this.biglongbish

The Kin is an amazing resource! If you are a paranoid dog mom like me (rushes to the worst case scenario and is a regular at the vet) this app was made just for you.
The “Ask an Expert” feature is truly one of the best i’ve used and can really help put your mind at ease and give you a second opinion on whether or not you gotta go to the physical vet.
I was also told about a possible issue that my dog could have that I have never heard of! The vet I spoke to; Dr. Douglass; was so patient and actively listened to my concerns. I really appreciated it!
You can even use it to ask the right questions when you visit your regular vet. It is absolutely worth it. I’ll be trying out the nutritionist next!
