Doorbell works fine, but neither the free 30 day trial or another subscription request resulted in any service. Keeps asking me to subscribe despite taking the years fee off me. Unfortunately if u download this app you have probably already wasted your money buying the door bell. Chat is next to useless, avoid!!! Doesn’t work
When I go to set up my account it won’t recognize my email address and all I get on the chat support is that I’m not putting in my correct email address. I’ve only got one email address,they need to set up the app properly. Not a happy customer.hobit52

When it stays connected it works well. Unfortunately it disconnects from my network far too regularly requiring me to set it up again.LPaz2016
Piece of junk
I purchased this piece of crap before I read the reviews. Never again. It will not pair with my phone period. It keeps saying that I have run out of time. No matter how many times I’ve tried to pair it with the three phones, it still says the same thing. I am going to send this piece of manure back to the sty they made and shipped it from. It's okay
So I never write reviews however there are so many bad reviews here I had to chime in. Only reason I gave it a 3 is because it's very cheap feeling. But! It's expected for the price. It does wut it's sapposed to do. Hooks up fine. Connects fine! I DID have to remove my screen protector on my phone to do so tho, a bit of an inconvenience because now I have to buy new one.
