First of All. You put $200 in and you have bet $6000 before you can even withdraw money. I called customer service they made me cancel my bonus not know what was gonna happen. So I had $337 in bonus money and gone. She wouldn’t bring it back. They wouldn’t help me at all. Criminals. To have to gamble $6000 before you even have an option of withdrawing is criminal. DO NOT USE!

Update. The response on here much nicer than the customer service I got on the phone where I was talked over reading me your fine print. You can say whatever you want, but your requirement is ridiculous. If you put $1250 you have to gamble $30,000 before you can even withdraw. That’s nuts. What you guys are doing might be legal but it’s not right. But it’s alright I’ll never use or step foot in anything involved with this company.

I keep being told I am not in ONT when I am and I even have turned off the VPN button

I don’t know if this is a new thing like a bug or ??? or a “ME” thing but it keeps stating “Connection Lost” every half second, and when I would ask support they would tell me it’s one of these things and it would be not likely any of the three things considering I know I am in Ontario, I am not on an unsafe network this is my wifi for me myself and I (at least I don’t think I’m at risk but again you never know:)) or it could be that I need to just download the app but I am 190% sure these three things are not an issue for me. Has the developer heard yet if anyone else having this issue and what can be done to fix it? Thank you in advance for reading my review - We will get to that 5⭐️promise!!!

Took my money after I dropped a bonus and customer service is useless

Dropped a bonus as it didn’t want it to begin with. The playthrough requirements and restrictions are way too high so I declined. It still applied when I deposited.

Went to cancel the bonus, and it said it would drop the bonus amount. Then my cash disappeared as well! And I didn’t even play a spin, hand or anything.

Casesars Customer service is BY FAR the WORST out of ANY company, not just gambling either.
