I know the house wins but the site should work. I deposited money for one of the promotions and when I tried to play the game it kept glitching. I also had trouble signing on and when I got on I would randomly get booted off. I played other online casinos as well and didn't have a problem with them. I followed the steps given by customer support and it still didn't work. It was very difficult to play the game with the glitches an delays. I know the house wins but I just wanted a fair opportunity to win at least my deposit back. I contacted customer support again who not only told me there was nothing they could do but then made a snide comment about how many times I logged on and played. Uhhh yeah I was trying to get my money back. I eventually deposited more money (fingers crossed) to try to break even. I finally did and I deleted the app. It's unfortunate because it seemed fun.

Fraudulent casino DO NOT TRUST

This is the worst online casino, I am surprised they have not had their license revoked yet. When you try to deposit they will take the money out of your bank and not credit it to your account, when you try to contact customer service they will tell you they didn’t receive the money and that you must wait a week to see if your bank returns it, after you wait a week, your bank will not have returned the money because they were accepted by the casino, then when you contact customer service again they will ask for bank statements and when you provide bank statements showing that the money still hasn’t been returned they will stop replying to you. This exact experience happened to both me and one of my friends. We now have to file a complaint with the regulator as they are fraudulently stealing our deposits

Took my bonus money 150

I could not play the game because they said my phone had to be a 2018 or higher to play but they took my money and when I emailed them about the game crashing and sent them pictures nobody ever emailed me back so be careful playing Caesar’s Palace because they may take your money and you will not get it back and I was contacted by caesers customer support and sent my pictures and the colors are totally different then in the real game and I still lost all of my money because the game kept shutting off and they said the bonus money of 150 ran out but they said they see no problem with the games acting up and I was ok playing so be careful even more now because someone is not seeing what I have proof of and that’s not right so don’t waste your time play another casino site your phone will work and you might have more fun instead of aggravation

site won’t give cash bonuses

after signing up for this casino as a new player and it promised to give you a 100’percent match deposit i went to the store and did a cash payment and did not recieve my bonus! i did a live support call and after an hour and a half discussing the problem they told me i didn’t exist so i had to call back and get another agent and finally i was told they don’t honor cash deposits bonuses only on credit cards! I wonder why they didn’t offer anything especially after i was told i didn’t exist! save your money there is a reason when you search the top online casinos they are down at the bottom! plus all the other casinos honor cash deposits don’t know why this one don’t! plus they wanted me to drive to nj to make a cash deposit when i live in pa! what a joke

Fraudulent App & A Scam

I wish I could give this app negative stars. The representatives for this app lied when signing me up and insisted I’d have to only play 10 hands to be able to withdrawal my balance. Upon betting $10, my winnings went to a nonrefundable balance where I had to play 600 hands of blackjack before I could withdrawal my money. Hours later, I not only gained extremely valuable insight into blackjack but also a deep disdain for this app and the customer service surrounding it. When I called a rep to try to just withdrawal my initial deposit, she asked “did you read the terms and conditions?” She then offered to read them to me which I happily accepted just because I wanted to waste her time while I watched football. After 20 minutes, she got to the part where it says you have to play a ridiculous amount of blackjack to withdraw your funds. You will lose all your money if you play the balance on the slots. The first promo rep clearly was a scam artist. Do not attempt this promo because I cannot tell you how many times the dealer got 21 on 5 cards. Did I make some money? Sure. Was it worth it? Absolutely not.

The most withdrawals!!

I've never won a jackpot, but I have one quite a bit and most of my withdrawals have been just as much as jackpots!
I have won the most on this app out of any other casino app. Even with winning 2 progressive jack pots on another app.
I've had zero issues...
all up until about two months ago.
I still win, when I am able to play as much as I want.
I have issues with this app freezing up my phone, draining & making my battery super hot (iPhone)
Its a chore just to keep the app running. No matter what I do (closing out all my other apps while playing, deleting and reinstalling the app-which I'm doing now)
No matter what the app glitches and lags too much for me to keep playing longer than 10-20mins
Please help fix this! This is my favorite app and it's terrible. I can't keep playing it. All other casino apps that I use are perfectly fine. I never lag and they never freeze my phone or make my battery hot. Like I said this started about two months ago before that it worked perfectly fine. Let me know if I can do something on my end. Otherwise I just don't know what to do anymore I would give this five stars any day if it weren't for that issue.

What happened?

I’ve played on Caesars for a while now and I have to admit it use to be my favorite casino app until it changed. This app always worked great I never had any technical problems until recently. I received a bonus on $10 that was tied to a specific game but it froze the entire app on every single spin. I had to exit the app completely go back in spin once and do it again. I wrote customer service hoping to get a credit for my $10 but had to wait 7 days for a response that didn’t even address the issue I had. I was already frustrated with Caesars because no matter what games I played or how much money I spent I no longer won anything. I’ve been on the app for a long time and while I might not have won tons of money I definitely noticed the difference with winning. Most people I know who play won’t use this app anymore because they have noticed the lack of any return as well.
