This casino compared to others…

So as someone who plays on 5-6 different online casino apps, I will say that this one by far gives the best promotions. It’s a plus that they have a rewards program however I wish they would also add the daily reward feature to there app, but aside from that I would say that there also the top paying I hit 7k betting at $2.50. However the reason why I’m only giving it 3 stars is because there is a ton of glitches on the app which causes the games to constantly reset so you literally have to win completely by luck and I feel you ultimately can loose out on winning money because of this. Also the playback amounts on promotions are extremely high I believe instead of 8 and 10x the amount wagered it should
Only be like 6%. Other then that it’s def a good casino

Yikes! MGM is where it’s at :)

Yikes is all I can say. MGM might be glitchy, but at least they’re not scammy. If my game crashes every once in a while, who cares so long as I’m not being completely robbed and never even stood chance to have some fun. The wagering requirements for Caesar’s are 10-20X higher than that of other apps that offer bonuses. You end up having to filter through ALL of your deposited money AND your bonus as opposed to the bonus, but for similar multipliers as other gambling sites. If it’s sounds confusing, that’s because they want it to be. No wonder they already do have tons of lawsuits out there due to their deceptive tactics. Just stay away from Caesar’s bonus advertisements, as it’s near impossible to EVER claim them when you must process your bonus money through 20x over 5 days(say, it’s says 8X in order to lock in money, you have to filter your money and bonus money through so if you received a 50% bonus, that’s 24X!) MGM is at least honest and more clear about this process. Plus, who would even want status at Caesar’s anymore? They’ve gotten rid of Laurel lounge amenities, your free hotel rooms are in dirty, old rooms whether you’re in Vegas or AC, and the proof is in the pudding—significantly less payouts than their competitors. Oh, and contrary to some of these many fake reviews, their customer service is absolutely embarrassing, slow, and every person I’ve spoken to has an attitude.

Bad business

Another casino let’s the new game developers take over and ruin their casino. All the games from you know who don’t pay out, really don’t hit, and for some reason you have to try and manipulate the game (if on a phone) to even have a chance at winning. How is that legit? And your bonuses are garbage as I keep stating. How can you possible call this promo good or fair:
“ii. As an example, if you deposited $25 and received a $10 bonus, and only play slots, you will have to wager a total of $210 ($35 x 6) within 5 days to release your bonus”. So I deposit $25 get $10 “free” but have to lose $210 before I can withdraw anything. This only favors the casino not the player. Wanna be legit, then it should be a 1x play thru like the good places do.

Scammers

I literally just downloaded the app, and they said would give me $10 so I registered and was playing this dinosaur slot game and I was betting 30 cents and the went up to 60 cents a few times and won $4.80 so then I was back up to $9.00. I switched back to 30 cents and was at about $5.80 cents I hit the button just like I have been and all of a sudden my money was gone, I didn’t wager any more money, I didn’t tap uncontrollably just normally like I have been and then POOF all gone! Which what have should have been $5.80 I hit it 2-3 times which should have brought be down to $4.50 give or take 30 cents. It was all gone. And keep in mind before this all happened, I got a pop up saying my network isn’t working. I was just using mobile data too. Completely disappointed. I was going to refer more friends too because I liked the layout and then this happened. Can I get my money back?

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a casino.

I have never played anywhere that was as bad as Caesars was today. I mean it was absolutely pathetic. Opted into one of their terrible and deposited 50 to get a 20 bonus with 6x play thru (so 420 has to be won and played for anything can be taken out). Never even came close to the. Won 4-5 x total, And none was over 10. Played multiple games, bet amounts, etc and same thing over and over and over. It was just pathetic on Caesars part. Who would ever want to play here, or sign their wife up who was trying to have some bday fun in the site with me, when this is the type of horrible treatment they show their customers. Not only did you make it so we were never gonna clear the bonus, but to make it so we barely win at all, is just sad and completely unrealistic. Even the physical casinos pay better than that. But when 90% of all slot games here are managed by a crooked developer, and ran by a clearly shady casino who most certainly punish people for speaking out, I guess this what you get. Will not be coming back to this app anytime soon or for that matter anything associated with Caesar’s.…..tried again couple weeks later and even worse. Odd all the games that don’t pay are all owned by same developer mentioned above….. Hmmmm that’s coincidental…..

Absolute worst gambling app/site I have ever used

I signed up for the first time online, received an invite to download the app, and made an account on the app. That is all I did and all I typed in, but apparently me signing up on the app means I get an automatic welcome promotion. This bonus (although stated “you must type it in” and I didn’t type it in or know about it) being applied automatically meant that the $ I deposited (about $100) was in my account paired with “casino cash.” When I would make a bet and win my casino cash would go up, but not my $100. I tried to contact support, and was told it was the promotion causing this. At this point I was at $210, yet customer support told me I could not even withdraw my initial $100, and it is no longer withdrawal cash, but “casino cash.” I asked for a refund as I was UP MONEY, but was told that “all of my money is non withdrawable even though I havent lost a bet or any money. STY AWAY, they will lie, steal your money, scam you, and then have customer support be rude in telling you that they stole all of your money while you still have double what you started with in your account. Wont even stay at Caesar resorts after this

Do not deposit. Scam artists!!!

Just woke up today with 2 $25 retry payment fees from Caesar’s casino and Sportsbook. Every deposit I made went through no issues. So when I wake up to find they’re just charging me retry payments, I was very confused and contacted their support vi live chat. In this live chat I was told by their rep that they do not charge fees for anything. That’s weird because I have 2 charges for $25 from you guys!!! Gaslighting scam artists. Terrible casino that never lets you win jack!!!!!
