very helpful app
I started therapy for my OCD a few months ago and just found this app yesterday. I’ve used it a few times and I am amazed by how helpful it has been so far - it really feels like my OCD therapist in my pocket. It uses the same kind of language and promotes the same kind of skills as my real therapist!!
The only issue I have had so far: there’s no X’s or back buttons on certain pages of the app, so I have to close the entire app to get back to the home page. one example = the verify your therapist page. if you click on it and then decide you want to go back to the home screen instead of proceeding, you can’t (either have to choose “continue” or “I don’t have a therapist). Same thing for the compulsion timer page. You can’t go back without either starting the timer or closing the app, as far as I have found!
Overall amazing idea and such a helpful app. Can’t wait to see it continue to grow :)

Helps me feel supported without receiving reassurance
I love this app, it’s come a long way since I first downloaded it and I’m excited to see how it develops. It has really supported me when my intrusive thoughts and compulsions get really bad. It’s good at disrupting the rumination cycle and helping phrase my feelings in a way I can understand. Even just tapping buttons about how I feel, where I’m feeling it, where I am, etc. is great for grounding me back in reality.
I only have a few things: I am having issues where the information for my previous entries will not load, I am hoping that will be fixed soon. I also wish there were more back buttons as sometimes I accidentally tap something and can’t go back to fix it.

Great app until it stopped working
I really liked this app and it helped my OCD but it’s not working anymore. When I open it, it closes automatically. I think it’s bc I can’t update my phone anymore. I am so sad about it

Great to be able to get help when I need it
So many times I have OCD thoughts that I want to jot down so I can take a step back and think about the bigger picture of things.

Great app until it stopped working

App should be renamed to “Stuck”
This app used to work great, but now whenever I try to post something, I’m greeted by the worlds LONGEST loading screen and once it hits 100%, nothing happens. Not useful at all when anxiety is high.

Horrible to use
Terrible app I want my money back I’ve tried deleting my account multiple times before my free trial ran out and pressing delete account in settings does not work. I tried to contact them using their listed support email but I get a message saying this email does not exist. Terrible experience I want my money back and my account gone please!
