**My data is very sensitive. What do you do with it?**
We know how sensitive and personal OCD is to you. We take your data privacy extremely seriously (read our Privacy Policy for more info). All your personal data is encrypted, and we can't “read” what you write, ever. That's not a promise that's a fact.
**Who are you?**
We’re Lilian and Aayush. Our lives have been turned upside down by OCD for the past 8+ years. We started this app with a team of OCD clinicians because we believe OCD treatment should be accessible and affordable for everyone. AI has a responsibility in making that happen.
**Does this help with exposures?**
If you mean preplanned exposures that you normally do with an OCD therapist trained in ERP, not yet. unstuck currently only helps you resist compulsions in the moment, but stay tuned!

I started therapy for my OCD a few months ago and just found this app yesterday. I’ve used it a few times and I am amazed by how helpful it has been so far - it really feels like my OCD therapist in my pocket. It uses the same kind of language and promotes the same kind of skills as my real therapist!!
The only issue I have had so far: there’s no X’s or back buttons on certain pages of the app, so I have to close the entire app to get back to the home page. one example = the verify your therapist page. if you click on it and then decide you want to go back to the home screen instead of proceeding, you can’t (either have to choose “continue” or “I don’t have a therapist). Same thing for the compulsion timer page. You can’t go back without either starting the timer or closing the app, as far as I have found!
Overall amazing idea and such a helpful app. Can’t wait to see it continue to grow :)
