Since using Sofa Yoga, I sleep like a baby! I especially love the 20-minute evening unwind routine. The stretches are so relaxing and I’ve noticed a huge decrease in my stress levels.
80 and Never Felt Better!
I’m 80 years young and the Sofa Yoga app has been such a boon! My grandkids introduced me to it and my balance has never been better.
