App is terrible
The app doesn’t work most of the time so you have to call. When you call you get hung up on. This system needs some serious upgrades. I would be curious to know how many deer go unchecked because the app users become so frustrated they give up.

This app is terrible, it says to try agian when I can’t log in. Never remembers my data when logging in. Always have problems with checking game too. Just another reason to hate AGFC. These guys can’t get anything right
Needs maintenance
I’ve been trying well over a month to access the forgot user name tab on the app and it keeps saying my request cannot be completed and gives me the number to call during the day this app needs some serious regular maintenance and updates
Rarely Works When Needed
Too difficult to access in the field and too many times I’ve been left resetting a password in the field, waiting for hours for an email. Network coverage is not an issue.
New login process is terrible
The new login process is beyond frustrating. You can’t even check season dates or do anything on the app with out being signed in. And when you try to sign up the system is down and can’t look up accounts. Just let people see all the info in one place like before, app and as great in years past

They continue to push everyone towards using our phones for everything, but cannot give us an app the works.

Great So Far
This app has been okay to start out, but with the latest update that allows us to check game offline is a MAJOR improvement. I’m excited to test this new feature. With any new app, you’re going to have kinks to work out. I appreciate how the developers have kept the app simple and effective. With the offline tagging capability, assuming it works long-term, the auto renewal feature, and a quick resource for regulations, this app meets all of my expectations. I hope the developers focus on bug fixes that may need to happen and keep the app simple. Please, don’t bog down the app with too many features.

Still doesn’t work a year later
App hasn’t worked for me since the new one came out. Tried buying stuff at the start of last bow season and now it’s almost this years bow season and it still does not work. I’ve deleted and retried time and time again. I can’t login or purchase anything because it takes me to a try again later screen everytime.

Atrocious
This app is absolutely terrible, I don’t have one good singular thing to say about this app. Whoever created this app needs to delete it completely and start from scratch. I can’t stress enough how incredibly frustrating it is to even try to login to this pitiful app. This app doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst app ever
This app is a complete dumpster fire. Every other time I try to look at it; It won’t open up, or won’t log me in, or refuses to show my current licenses and permits. Ridiculously poor programming. Does not work consistently on an iPhone SE.
