Unable to get Free lifetime access
Last week I downloaded the app with the free lifetime access. Unfortunately, the app was not working appropriately and was not syncing with my Fitbit. So I deleted the app, and when I tried to reinstall it, it would not give me the option for the free lifetime access. It would not even allow me to login. Maybe if I was able to login, it would realize that I have had already the lifetime access and it would go through. And now it wants to charge me.

Very unhappy.
Downloaded it while they have their free lifetime access and the app won’t let me sync with my health app and even get to the menu to select the free lifetime access. I won’t pay for it since it wouldn’t let me take advantage of that offer and will just end up deleting it.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the app. It seems frustrating that despite having downloaded it during the free lifetime access period, you are unable to sync it with your health app or access the menu to select the free lifetime access option. Can’t even spell correctly. Button to “grant access” actually says “grand access”.

Won’t sync unless “allow all”. is selected

Therefore one is led to believe user has options when in fact the only option is to “allow all” in order to use the app.
