  • Great way to import Fitbit data to Apple Health

I just finished transferring years of Fitbit data into Apple Health using this helpful tool. You have to agree to a paid subscription to start, but you can get it done in a couple of days and cancel before the free trial is up.

It does take some work, but that seems to be due to Fitbit throttling synchronization, not the app. You can only make a little progress every hour, so you have to stay on top of it and trigger syncs throughout the day to complete the job before the free trial runs out.

But it’s just a one-time process if you’re migrating from Fitbit to Apple for health data and don’t want to lose your history, so it’s worth the effort. I managed to import about a decade of data in two days. I haven’t really compared with alternatives, but I can recommend this app for the job.

By the way, if you have a Fitbit scale (especially one that measures body fat) you can set an IFTTT to automatically pass readings on to Apple Health daily. That’s the only Fitbit device I plan to keep using now that I have an Apple Watch.

  • Best app when it comes to syncing with Apple health

I’ve tried every app you can think of. Obviously it isn’t ideal that Fitbit doesn’t auto sync with Apple health. With that said, after 2-3 days of all my data syncing from this app, it continues to auto sync with my data many times throughout the day! Great app, highly recommend the yearly subscription or the lifetime subscription!

  • It’s going to be so good if I can get it to work

But it is a very good idea for the government to make people aware of their own health issues so that they can make decisions about what to eat and what to drink or to stay hydrated so as am just about to start my day off with my first ever Fitbit let’s see how it goes for me

  • Excellent app!

I tried several other apps, this one just works.

I just switched to Apple Watch and wanted to bring more than a decade of Fitbit data into Apple Health.

After installing this app on my iPad, I asked it to sync five data categories. Because of Fitbit limitations, multiple manual syncs were required for some data. It quickly and smoothly sync'd Steps, Sleep and Weight data. Resting Heart rate and Heart Rate data transferred more slowly.

Hi, there is a RHR among the parameters. Turn it On on the Data tab.
  • Won't update steps accurately or in timely way

I downloaded this app to use to update my Fitbit activities with the Health app on my iPhone. I am also using Noom vibes and I wanted to my Fitbit activity. This app will not sync well. It sinks to steps achieved many hours ago, but no matter how many times I ask it to sync or close and reopen the app, it just will not update completely. For instance, today I have over 5000 steps. This app only shows 3345. It has said that for over two hours. The new vibes, you earn points for your activity as long as you can upload that activity. But since I cannot upload that activity until the apps sync to my iPhone, I will not get credit. If the day ends without the steps uploaded accurately, it's a loss. You can't add them later.

  • Great app and great customer service

I was struggling to sync my Fitbit with the app as Google had migrated my existing Fitbit account over using a non gmail account.

I contacted the developer and they explained what I needed to do. They were patient and helpful and now I have them synced, I’m loving the app.

  • Fantastic support!

This app worked really well and synced years of Fitbit data to apple health including highly detailed fields like heart rate. I ran into a bug syncing workout routes and filed a help request. The team were super responsive and quickly got me onto a beta test build with the fix which managed to sync all of my data. I used the paid subscription but it’s totally worth it IMO!

  • What’s the deal?

What did you guys do last update? Sit down and think “our app is working great, how can we screw it up?” I don’t like the new way of syncing, I prefer just being able to push the wheel when I wish, plus it isn’t recording my BMI from my Fitbit app to my Apple Health either, which is weird, because it does still record the weight. I’m using a Fitbit Aria scale which would save my weight to my Fitbit app then I would sync it to apple health with this app. Go back to the way you had it. It was fine.

  • What I Needed to Export Fitbit Data

I switched my Fitbit to the google account and the data export functionality was terrible. I used this to export Fitbit data to Apple Health, I then used the “Health Export” app to export csv files for my records. It took some manipulation to correct the data. Sleep total start and stop time was correct but sleep events such as rem and awake were all off by 2 hours. After putting some formulas in Excel and then using pivot tables I was able to continue my multiple years tables of Fitbit data. This is the only solution I have found for Googles terrible data tool. Thanks!
