Awful App - Avoid!
Let's talk about everything this app does wrong:
- doesn't deactivate or delete the accounts of users that have been found to engage in harassment
- doesn't block the ip addresses of accounrs that have been found to engage in harassment
- poor comment filtration system (the chat is full of hate comments, this could easily be prevented by blocking words that are known to be hateful)
- no policies to reduce spam, comments are full of spam posts because there is no limit to how much an account can post or how quickly an account can post

LACK OF ARTIST PROTECTION
This app is meant for fans to support and interact with the idols they like. However there is no actual moderation. There are hundreds to thousands of hateful comments being sent to artist without repercussions. There needs to be more moderation and security in the app. Let only those who pay for the artist subscription comment on their public post. Remove accounts leaving hate. And suspend accounts spamming under one comment section within the span of a day.

APPLY THESE MEASURES TO PLUS CHAT
The same standards should be applied to the Mnet Plus chat feature. Users who post harmful messages should have their accounts deactivated, their IP addresses blocked, and they should be prevented from subscribing again.
PLEASE ENFORCE STRONGER MODERATION
ENFORCE STRONGER ACCOUNT SANCTIONS: It is not enough to simply delete harmful comments. Mnet must take decisive action by deactivating or deleting the accounts of users found to be engaging in harassment, and by blocking their IP addresses to prevent them from creating new accounts.

I really liked mnet plus feed for talking but ever since it changed to this plus chat it has been difficult. Itβs hard to use. Takes fun out of the app so I donβt go on at all anymore.
