No notifications
A bug? Notifications are on completely but won’t notify me when the artist I’m subscribed to messages on her chat, pay monthly for the chat but won’t even get notifications when it’s posted in? All was fine before the update happened

Now I consider myself to be an easy-going person, but after using it for a few days, I have now come to the conclusion that this app is no upgrade from the old Mnet Plus. It is quite annoying as it doesn’t flow well and is not user-friendly by any means.
1.Having to press so many buttons to make a post or replying is ridiculous.
2.Chat room notifications are not working. I don’t know if anybody has replied to me or commented on my post.Having to constantly go to my profile and check the posts and activity tab is quite annoying rather than just clicking the notification bell at the top of the chat like the Mnet plus app. Again, this is not user-friendly.
3.We cannot post pictures in comments to other users any more. This is quite sad as it did enhance our chats together.
4.For the love of God please make a dark mode like the Mnet plus chat as my eyes are burning from the bright light even with the brightness turned down on my iPad.
5.And the saddest of all was that you never let the talent know that you had changed app. Gunwook from ZB1 even went to make a post on the Mnet Plus app and found that it had closed down.
I understand that you need feedback, so I hope these complaints will help you in enhancing the app and making it a better place for us to communicate with each other and the talent.

just update your app back i'm begging u
there was absolutely no point updating it. the only good thing i've seen so far is that we can post videos now
