I’ve paid weekly for a very long time on accident… that’s my fault. But to my point, I’ve used this paid version and I’ve used free versions. I haven’t found anything significant as to why I’m paying for this app, other than I already paid for it…. Meaning, I ended up giving $40 for the year, but it still doesn’t do more than any free chatbot. So, I need to know what my money is being used for? If it’s just to line your pockets, gg… you got me… But if you’re being genuine, then come on… why am I being forced to look up “recent” information on Google? Now I’m not saying info that happened hours ago. But what I am saying is, when is the updated? Where is proof of my money being used for my benefit? What in the world am I paying for?
out of the entire year that i paid for, this app has worked for a total of 3 weeks. I have reached out constantly to the developer who helped me get the app working again for exactly 3 days, then magically stopped responding to any prompt whatsoever. I reached out again to the developer who has not responded for 4 months now and i'm stuck with the app for the next year without a refund because it has been too long to get one. I am not impressed at all and will not be purchasing this again. figure it out my guy this is not how you keep people coming back to keep using the app.

This app has been great and super helpful for bouncing ideas off of and just for fun chatting with AI! One thing I wish though was that the screen themes had more options similar to X where you have light and dark mode as well as like a gray instead of white background until you go into a chat then dark. Other than that though I haven’t been having any issues and it’s been a lot of fun using this app!

This app is really great. It is one of the best I have ever used. I love the variety of things you can do and the answers are really accurate. Thank you for allowing the world to use this technology without the constraints of finances. Not many great things in this world are free… but this is one of them. A true gift!!! Thank you!!!
I've been waiting for this mac app to come out and you didn't disappoint! I use KnowItAll for my job and found myself relying on ChatGPT-4 more and more each week so this came out at the right time for me. One thing that I would like to see in the app is perhaps a way to use the AI for my iPhone's keyboard as well (to write social media posts and emails easier).
Overall, this is a great Mac app and I do appreciate the developers actually listening to feedbafck and coming out with this after I emailed them asking for a mac version.

I’m so sorry about this inconvenience - KnowItAll had an emergency update that caused the servers to go down for a few hours but this was fixed with the latest app update.
