Easy set up - with one small glitch. The master password requires the usual mix of characters, back up master password will not accept two dashes (eg --) in a row. Otherwise if your looking for a easy password manager to work across all your devices that also includes biometric security, this may be the one for you.Show lessJESMPD1580

After writing a review of the Authenticator app implying that the developer appeared to have devised a dubious strategy to force purchasers to submit five star recommendations in order to proceed beyond the registration page, I received an email directly from the developer explaining the source of the misunderstanding. He couldn’t have been more considerate in spite of my substantial technological shortcomings. It turns out that I was in error—no such diabolical scheme exists. That doesn’t mean, however, that there is no ploy to garner five star reviews; Indeed, Mr. Kaposzta cunningly elicits positive evaluations by providing extraordinary customer service. I recognize, however, that its presentation may have caused confusion, for which I sincerely apologize. I want to clarify that the pop-up was indeed designed to be easily dismissed by either swiping down on the sheet (for iOS 15 and earlier) or tapping anywhere above the sheet (for iOS 16+). It was never my intention to force or corner users into leaving feedback. I acknowledge the UI/UX wasn’t as intuitive as it should have been, leading to your experience. This is rather unfair
As soon as I downloaded the app, I was greeted with an option to either declare my love or my discontent with the it. Having never had an opportunity to use the app, and unable to proceed without declaring my feelings, I said I loved it. (Having received the app as a free promotion, I could hardly have settled on the negative choice.)
Then I was presented with a binary choice of submitting a five star rating or writing a review. No other options were presented. Thus I am writing this review to warn purchasers that the number of positive reviews is probably misleading.Show lessDeveloper Response

I assure you, our app uses end-to-end encryption, making it highly secure, similar to practices used by numerous apps and Apple's Keychain. If you prefer, there's a "Device Only" storage option, which is actually our default setting. Cloud storage is an opt-in feature for those who want multi-device syncing.
