Heads Up if it matters to you. Due to production costs, White Oaks Pastures’ current policy is all poultry and pork are corn & soy fed, (glyphosate exposure potential). Also, the trout is farm raised, while the salmon and tuna are wild caught, of course. The good news: all beef is grass fed and grass finished. We are new customers to White Oak Pastures. Over the past few months, we have purchased a variety of poultry, beef and pork products. All were very flavorful and satisfying. I’d forgotten how good meat used to taste growing up. So proud of White Oak Pastures and their commitment to land regeneration and to producing high quality livestock.
