This farm has continued to exceed expectations in quality of product AND customer service. I took the opportunity to visit the farm, and had the chance to meat the family who maintain their stewardship of the 4,000+ acre farm. I’m more blown away now, and was already smitten with them for years beforehand. The beef is delicious, healthy, and supporting the only food system that cares for us as individuals….. shopping directly from the farmer is the only way to ensure they stay farming, and we stay fed. We originally found white oak pasture on the discovery plus channel called source. The chef is Katie buttons out of Asheville, North Carolina, and she participated in the process of how the cattle are grown and raised. I am so excited to get on a plan for organic fresh beef, but they have integrity those for the animals they care for and for the people they care for thank you to the White Oak Pastures for the good work you’re doing.
