I don’t know why it’s always trying to connect with my payroll provider

I have tried this over and over and over and over again. It always says, attempting to connect with payroll provider. Check back soon. That’s as far as it goes. Doesn’t tell me they couldn’t connect with them if that were the case. ALWAYS pending. For days. It’s odd. My company and payroll provider are listed on the app to connect with and they can’t even get that right. Idk. Seems like a waste of time.

STUCK on APPLICATION PENDING

Update: November 20th 2024

This app is a complete scam.
It has been multiple weeks, if not a month, and my info has still not verified thus preventing me access from the app. Customer service won’t even respond. They will take your information but stop you from using the app! Please avoid at all costs, I will definitely be reporting if something isn’t done soon.

I was very interested in what this app claims to offer. However, it’s been over a week and I still have not been granted access into it, even though I’ve already provided my personal information. I’m stuck on the application pending screen, saying that they need more income history when I have MORE than enough of that. Very Disappointing…I would love to know what could be done. But until then it gets 1 star from me

Frustrated

I don’t know what’s wrong with this app but it connects to the payroll provider which I’ve done and all I get is can’t verify income!! How is that if it’s connected to my payroll provider because that clearly has my paystubs and everything else needed…I emailed and got no response

Scam

This app had me put in my personal detail for it now to be loading for over a hour with no way for me to verify anything. I've reach out to support and still have not gotten a response. I really will sue this company if any money is taken out of my account this is hella weird and uncomfortable that my personal info is just out there and the app does not work so don't watse your time ! There should be a number aside from emailing support considering your dealing with peoples personal info !!!

Over 2 months later and still nothing

I keep getting notifications that I’m able to get an advance. I got to withdrawal and it prompts my to relink my payroll. I go through the steps. It says it’s linked, I go tp wothdeawal, and it again says that I need to relink my payroll. Round and round like that for 2 months. I have contacted support and they keep giving me the same copy and pasted troubleshooting guide (that I have already done! It’s been 2 months!) and still nothing. The last few times I have contacted customer support regarding this, I received no response at all.

This app is trash. And the customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen. Thanks for not helping in any way. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Disappointed

I’m going to give the app a 3 star because I had paid my cash advance and right in the middle of my cash advance they updated the system I was suppose to get my 90$ for this week they updated it from taking 25$ out my account each month .. the system let me in a bind for this week. I tried to contact the support team, no answer as of yet.

App has gone down the drain

This is the only company where they have 3rd party banking issues constantly preventing you from being able to use an advance when needed. People don’t have time to wait days for issues to be fixed. I have a limit of $120 that I have no access to because this company can’t get there banking issues in order. I’ve reached out to support and they have no response or will to help me. The support system is a joke, they don’t have a live agent to chat with. It’s the back and forth email game for days.

Update: 8/22 -

Thanks to support for getting me off the “paystub data” stage I seemed to have been stuck on. Support was very proactive!

I’ve been with my company for 6 years but this app says, “based on the information you provided, we still need a bit more income history with your employer.” Everything else is marked off as good except “Paystub data.” I don’t control “paystub data” and one would think 6 years of continuous employment with ONE employer would provide enough data. Oh well, now to figure out how to remove my information from yet ANOTHER scam app.

Ridiculous and scammy

Fast when I needed it the most

So easy. Said approval pending but approved in under a minute. Took less than 10 minutes start to money on my card. There was a five dollar fee, but it was worth it. Thank you! ✌️😁
