    Thanks to support for getting me off the “paystub data” stage I seemed to have been stuck on. Support was very proactive!

    I’ve been with my company for 6 years but this app says, “based on the information you provided, we still need a bit more income history with your employer.” Everything else is marked off as good except “Paystub data.” I don’t control “paystub data” and one would think 6 years of continuous employment with ONE employer would provide enough data. Oh well, now to figure out how to remove my information from yet ANOTHER scam app.

  • Ridiculous and scammy

  • Fast when I needed it the most

    So easy. Said approval pending but approved in under a minute. Took less than 10 minutes start to money on my card. There was a five dollar fee, but it was worth it. Thank you! ✌️😁

    This app is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time they are not going to be able to help you or provide they services they claim. I only received a headache after attempting to us this circle jerk of an app. They are not helpful in any way support barely responds and when they do they shift the blame on the other partnering sites like pinwheel or gusto never had an issue with either of them before Stream is stressful and needs to be shut down

  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Can I please get a human to talk to me and not give me the same form answer over and over. You with Drew money yet it is still not deposited into my account. I had it set up for instant deposit here. We are eight hours later and I’m still waiting and I can’t seem to talk to a human. I need to know where my money is.

  • App not reflecting payments sent to Stream

    At first i loved this app, i had no issues with receiving the money or paying it back. i withdrew twice. when i got paid earlier this month, my paystub showed that money was sent to my stream account. however, the app is still not allowing me to withdraw or even reflecting that money was sent. i’ve reached out to the support team. they told me to wait a few days. over a week later and i’m still having the same issue. money was sent to my stream, but i can’t withdraw. where is my money?

    I downloaded the app a few hours ago and it said I was approved for 50$ but when I check the app it says there working on it. Still no deposit so I’m confused on how long it takes

  • Good app in a pinch

    It connects directly to your payroll provider so you never miss a payment with it. It takes a little out as a fee so if it allows you to advance $100, it takes $10 as a fee and you get $90 advanced to you. I’ve used it a few times already with minimal issues. At first it had trouble connecting to my payroll provider (my employer uses Paycor) but once the issue was smoothed out, no issues since. It started me out at $50 advance and after a set amount of successful repayments, it will increase. Very good to have in a pinch

  • Not worth it

    I was approved for a 50 dollar deposit only 45 dollars was “sent” and it said it would be available the next business day but it’s been a few day waiting and still haven’t received my funds , I also emailed support to see what the status is and have yet to hear back from anyone.. soo now I’m scheduled to pay back money I never received. If I don’t get a response by today I will be contacting the BBB because this is unacceptable and quite uncomfortable knowing I gave access to my personal banking account information and it is now being used

  • App No Longer Works

    UPDATE: I have tried multiple times (20+ times) with the same result. How many reviews have to say the same thing before your company takes action to see what's wrong? I let your support department know that the issue HAS CONTINUED TO PERSIST and you all ignored me.

    This used to be a decent app before they implemented connecting your direct deposit info. The app will tell you it has successfully connected to your payroll provider but will never allow you to withdraw the available funds. It will keep prompting you to connect your direct deposit information. 👎🏽
