    Not much to it, you need a little extra? They’ll pull right from your payroll and give it to you and it pays back from your check so there’s not much to worry about

  • Terrible customer service

    I cannot stress enough how awful the customer service is for this app. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone. I have sent multiple emails with absolutely ZERO response. I’ve been stuck on the “connecting to payroll provider” page since the day I signed up. Luckily there are many other options out there, you’d be wise to choose well. Definitely not an app I’d ever recommend.

    My account is finally approved but now it won’t let me link my payroll provider (adp) I go through all of the steps and finish it and then it unlinks it? What’s going on? Can someone please assist??? Update: 2 days later and still stuck on the screen to link my payroll provider. Support responded on Tuesday and said they would create a ticket to get this resolved and I have emailed a few times asking for an update without a response. Customer support is terrible. The “help” section doesn’t even have anything to assist with troubleshooting yourself so you have no choice but to wait for customer support to get back to you and they don’t. I would love to try this app, but it took months to approve my application and now it’s nonstop issues.

    Updating to respond: I have reached out via email many times. Still no resolution and it takes days to get a response at all.

  • I love this app!

    Very straightforward. I had a small issue with an advance that was quickly and easily corrected when I reached out to support for assistance. They also followed back up with me to check and see if the advance was correct. Highly recommend!

    works as advertised. not sure why so many negative comments about withdrawals . it could be the bank people are using . i have wells fargo and the withdrawals usually take no more than 20 mins

  • Extremely reliable!

    My offered amount has increased once each month that I’ve been using the app. It’s linked to my ADP account directly so it automatically gets paid back with each check. This is one of the good ones guys. And we all know there’s not many.

    After receiving my approval email, I had a login issue with my password but my issue was resolved very quickly by the support team..I was able to request funding, and the entire process was easy and went very smoothly.

  • App not working

    I’ve been reaching out to customer service via email for 2 days now and now I’m not even getting a response I received a higher withdrawal amount and when I updated my payroll now I can’t get into the app it keeps reverting me back to the add payroll screen I’ve done that several times and still nothing working.

  • Help?! where’s my moolas?

    Upgraded my amount and now it’s Stuck on the payroll provider page the direct deposit has been going to them this week and last yet I can’t pull the money out…. Soooo where’s my money than? Super confused it says unused funds go to your bank but that has not happened. I can only log into my payroll company and than it pops up it can take up to two pay periods but it’s already been deposited to them and I have no way of accessing it… somebody help 😭

    Just downloaded so I will make an edit soon. I got an email saying my stream account was approved but the app still says pending.

    Edit: I don’t know what all the fuss is about from all of these other reviews. I was approved for a $50 advance from my payroll and then received $45 bc of the $5 processing fee in a few hours to my checking account. On payday, $50 was returned to Stream automatically, no more no less. The next day I was approved for another $50 advance and have already requested it and will continue to use Stream for cash advances from my payroll. They’ve been very helpful!
