I love this app!

Very straightforward. I had a small issue with an advance that was quickly and easily corrected when I reached out to support for assistance. They also followed back up with me to check and see if the advance was correct. Highly recommend!

Great App

works as advertised. not sure why so many negative comments about withdrawals . it could be the bank people are using . i have wells fargo and the withdrawals usually take no more than 20 mins

Extremely reliable!

My offered amount has increased once each month that I’ve been using the app. It’s linked to my ADP account directly so it automatically gets paid back with each check. This is one of the good ones guys. And we all know there’s not many.

Great Experience

After receiving my approval email, I had a login issue with my password but my issue was resolved very quickly by the support team..I was able to request funding, and the entire process was easy and went very smoothly.

App not working

I’ve been reaching out to customer service via email for 2 days now and now I’m not even getting a response I received a higher withdrawal amount and when I updated my payroll now I can’t get into the app it keeps reverting me back to the add payroll screen I’ve done that several times and still nothing working.

Help?! where’s my moolas?

Upgraded my amount and now it’s Stuck on the payroll provider page the direct deposit has been going to them this week and last yet I can’t pull the money out…. Soooo where’s my money than? Super confused it says unused funds go to your bank but that has not happened. I can only log into my payroll company and than it pops up it can take up to two pay periods but it’s already been deposited to them and I have no way of accessing it… somebody help 😭

Just downloaded

Just downloaded so I will make an edit soon. I got an email saying my stream account was approved but the app still says pending.

Edit: I don’t know what all the fuss is about from all of these other reviews. I was approved for a $50 advance from my payroll and then received $45 bc of the $5 processing fee in a few hours to my checking account. On payday, $50 was returned to Stream automatically, no more no less. The next day I was approved for another $50 advance and have already requested it and will continue to use Stream for cash advances from my payroll. They’ve been very helpful!

Sheesh

App was ok until they implemented a mandatory direct deposit connection to withdraw an advance. I’m good with the idea and I think I understand the logic behind the change, but the integration process does not work and you cannot withdraw an advance until you connect your direct deposit.
Support and Dev team seem to be struggling as they keep double charging me on my payment. Concept is good and want the app to succeed so I’m staying as patient as I can.

Multiple users asked for a way to access more of their earned wages upfront, so that's why we added direct deposit. And as always, if you have any questions or concerns about charges, just email us. We appreciate you sticking around as a customer and have lots of great improvements in the works!

Update: response said to email support for help, I have emailed twice with no response

No way to update bank information on the app. Email support with no response. Stopped sharing with plaid, not given an option to reconnect. App said funds were sent- old bank never got it. I have email support mutilple time with no response and now it it showing I am due to pay back an advance I never received tomorrow.

It could be better

I really wish there was a instant withdrawal option. The fact that we have to wait till the next day and even worse not knowing when it is gonna hit is inconvenient to many. I really hope something changes because this will keep your business from other limited in my opinion.
