  • As always these games slap

Yet again have we been brought another masterpiece. I love this game and it has continued to improve on the older games.

Now a idea. One of these games but set in Japan between 1400-1700 ending during the boshin wars. I think it would work perfectly for this game style.

Now a honest review. The gameplay is quite long compared to your other titles. And casualties feel brutal at higher tech levels as you lose 4 thousand troops taking a city with a garrison of 2 thousand well using siege engines.

But it is good and decently historically accurate for a indie game. Which for me is a big selling point.

The fortification system is different. But it is executed smartly. As in all the other games you could just turn your border provinces into fortresses and never have to worry about any invasions. I personally quite like this change.

Monastery’s not being a tile resource is great as it allows you to play taller. The economy also incentivize you to be strategic as tiles are much smaller then other games.

My honest review being 4.7 stars. As the ransoming seems to break sometimes and they just refuse for up to ten turns to return a captured leader.

  • I love this developer, but…

I absolutely love these games but I really want a new one, a medieval Europe one would be amazing, it would honestly I feel make the entire community extremely happy (if you respond to this I just wanna know, do you have a discord server for this stuff?)
  • Great game

This game is fantastic and I hope more like it will be made especially one set during the pike and shot era
  • Nice work

Keep making more games similar to all your games but with more mechanics , nice job.
  • Amazing Game, Great addition to the series

Love this game along with all the others, easily the best mobile strategy game out there. The graphics have come a long way, and the mechanics are becoming pretty streamlined. Only criticisms i’d make is that apart from castles/towns, most land tiles are pretty useless, i liked the inclusion of unique random resources that you could develop in previous games, however now resources are permanently destroyed. I also liked the random structures like the universities in Colonies which gave you an incentive of conquering certain areas and fortifying them. I’d also say the harder difficulties are still a pretty repetitive slogfest, and not very satisfying. Certain maps have a large power difference between nations that is tedious to overcome without use of exploits. And i find that the diplomacy features often become obsolete. Overall great game, love to see the improvements between games and im excited to see what comes next!

  • Another hit

Recently played this game because world at war wasn’t working so I made the mistake and deleted it and went to reload it and it was gone. Hope that comes back soon better than ever with a update hopefully. But this game here is really fun and works really good only 2 crashes. Keep up the good work and get the ww2 game back asap please cheers.

  • Amazing game

    Game is fantastic
  • How

How does 12,000 men not defeat 2,000. Weird ads. Zooming doesn’t always work. How does 18,000 men not defeat 5,000. Why. How. Waste of time.

    Developer Response

I would need to see the battle report.
  • Great game

Great game, great layout, great setting, great music, great playability, great pretty much everything. I would love to see this same layout in different new settings in the ancient times because there’s so many recent history games(ww2, ww1, Vietnam)I like the other games but this layout is far superior. 30 years war would be really cool too, but overall great game 10/10 would recommend
