Good Idea
I remember when I started my profile I thought about how much better an app would be cause you had to log in on the website every time. Now that I’m in the States they finally released one and it’s a great concept! There’s still some bugs but it gets better over time and it already is so much easier to find stuff. I like that you have everything together in a good overview and am sure it makes finishing your profile and matching easier!

Aupair life
It’s good if you’re aupair because everyday have updates about how you can help and enjoy your life like aupair

Cultural care really is a great company, I had an amazing experience with them as an au pair and still have as an ambassador!
Some changes
The Cultural Care app is helpful for staying connected and accessing important information, but it has some drawbacks. While the design is user-friendly, I’ve been unable to update my account details or view my travel insurance information for months, which is frustrating. I hope these issues get resolved soon to improve the experience!

Could be updated
I really like the thought of changing the whole system into an app, but it really had to be updated and stuff had to get fixed for it to work properly!
New app
Easier accessible than the website and easier to connect and call with families
Still some errors but works fine
At first the app had some errors but they keeps updating it and it works fine for me now as an aupair still here in the US (I don’t know about other sections like rematch)I like the events section makes it easy to participate in activities

Au Pair Review
I believe this app can help making the match process easier! I remember that having to log in on the website was so boring, so having this fast and easy to access resource will help a lot future au pairs. Of course, it's a new app that still needs some arrangements but what we have now is good.
