Innovative design
I really like how easy results to use this app, I stared online and now I see the app and everything have a better position and it’s easier to find your matches, connections and stuffs.
Perfect
During the application and matching process, I often found it cumbersome to keep accessing the website, especially on my phone, where everything felt quite unorganized. I often thought having an app would be amazing – and now it’s finally here!
Lots of issues
The app is just not working well, there are lots and lots of issues, and the tech team is not even able to fix them. I've been waiting for 2+ weeks now for them to match me with my host family for my extension year again, cause the app got messed up and we're not able to do anything. A lot depends on this for me, and it's really frustrating. They should just bring back the website that was already working smoothly, and test the app first. Not very smart to shut down a working thing for something that even the tech team can't figure out...

Easy and great to use
I’m currently an Au Pair living in America and since the app has come out it is so much easier to access my account and see all the events that are happening and that I can sign up for. I can even add them to my personal calendar. The app has made it easier for me as an Au Pair.

I always thought that having an app would be easier and in fact it is. Now I can find everything quickly thanks to the different sections. There’s some bugs but with the time everything would be perfect
Thoughtful concept
I was so relieved when they released the app, because it was so annoying to login to the website every time. Truth be told there’s still some bugs, but it’s soooo convenient that you have everything in one place.

I love it!
As an au pair that fill the application for the first time in the site and the second time for extension in the app I have to say; I love it! Things are more easier to be find in the app and now it’s also easy to keep connected with your host family!

Easy to understand
The app is easy to understand, my favorite part is the possibility to look quickly at every event coming up.

I always thought an app would be better, and now it is so much easier to acces your account, to edit your profile, and to get all the information you need. I like how you can chat with the host families in the app. The design is really good!

I really like that I don’t have to open the web browser all the time. Before the App it took me much more time to check quick things. I also like the Q&A in the App because you get really accurate answers for your questions.
