App doesn’t work. Also having a web app experience isn’t great either.

NOT WORKING for a rematch!!

The families CANT find me with my Au Pair ID!!

App is terrible, it’s not easy to use. I have to upload all my documents again when I have already uploaded them. The app is difficult for no reason and it was honestly very unnecessary to have an app because the website worked perfectly.

App doesn’t work AT ALL

How can a company just move over to an app without proper testing to insure that it works smoothly. Why not slowly transitioning to the app once all these bugs have fixed. I’ve been trying to find a family for 6 WEEKS and have yet to connect to any families. Whenever they try to find my profile, it gives an error! Such a waste of money, will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone. No support or help

Amazing service…worst app ever

We are a returning host family and have had a great experience. They transitioned their website to all on the new app. You can’t log in, you lost any notes on profiles from hours of viewing before. They gave no heads up. I hope they fix this dumpster fire soon or we will be looking at other agencies.

False information, very disappointing

You guys REALLY need to help out au pairs in country. There is so much help needed and we paid a lot for this program and get the support we actually need. This App does not work properly and shows wrong/ untrue information. As long as the app is not perfect why take down the fully developed website where everyone knew where to click??? Cultural Care is on its mission to make it even harder for au pairs to see through it all. What a shame.

Au pair in rematch

I still can’t connect with families from the time this app came out I haven’t not connected it still shows my current host family that I am in rematch with, I call the Boston office everyday, my LCC took me out of the au pair group two days into rematch she didn’t check up on me. I’ve beeeeeen waiting on the tech team to fix my profile but still… am I going to get help ????
