Top up process is terrible
Would stay away from this if you don’t have a decent understanding of how antennas work on iPhones. The app will tell you to tap the top and bottom but I would ignore that and place the card flush against the phone next to where the camera module is.
The UX on this app is terrible but there also seems like there a bug that will force an error when the card is moved from the front to the back of the phone.Show lessT43unseen

Terrible app, took money and then wouldn’t top up the card immediately after processing the payment. Sort yourselves out.Deano222
Literally a scam
When you go to the airport they upcharge tourists €10 when a regular ticket costs €1.70. They don’t allow you to buy a regular ticket.
They also prevent you from buying a ticket via the app.linguinemachini
Worst App ever
This app took money off me without loading my card. Please do not use this card as the app is terribly made. I feel very cheated out of my moneyaaron5830
Wholly useless
Cannot see the point of this app! Also why does it need to download 2 apps not 1?? - I was not able to buy a ticket or validate a journey with it. Google maps better for timetables. Just buy a card from a Tabac like I did. On the other hand we got a few trips free when the buses were too full to reach for the tapping machine, or didn’t have one..Show lessjfosgdbeoru
Problems Reloading
This app is possibly the worst public transportation app I’ve used all over Europe. I never write reviews but wanted to let users know that you should refill your card at the stations. The app let me buy tickets but had so many problems loading it on. I’ve tried numerous times, on cellular data, and different WiFi’s and to no avail. I don’t understand why the city doesn’t implement the ability to just pay in the transport. Other cities are able to do this making it much more easy and efficient. Also it’s quite funny that they charge a “tourist” fee of basically 8€ extra when you buy a ride at the airport terminals.Show lessSandman153

Just Doesn't Work
App will not load purchased trips to card and seems to be no recourse to get the money back. The bus drivers all seem to know the app doesn't work so a few let us on the bus anyway.TestriderCA
