    It worked for me when checking balance and refilling.

    This app was recommended to me by a friend who spends a lot of time in Nice, but it has a silly bug that does not work with my phone.
    I have an iPhone SE (bought in 2023) which is a slightly smaller size than other models. So when this Lignes d’Azur app says “click on the button below” in order to read or top up a card, no button appears at the bottom of the screen.
    On my friend’s larger phone, the button appears.
    This is a banal bug: an app should be designed to function and adapt with different models or screen sizes; this is a common requirement and the developers should be able and willing to fix this.

    saw many bad comments and felt quite nervous about using this app - but it does hard to recharge on the ground in nice if you are not close to train/tram station. turned out refill is smooth with latest update! so no worries all:) thanks for fixing!!

    As a developer, and ui/ux specialist, this is by far one of the most horrendous apps ever built. To a point that I’m scratching my head as to what the developers and people in charge of validating this thing we’re thinking.

    Apart from it’s obviously a money making scheme- *making it as complicated as possible to use in order to then catch people out when they don’t hold a validated ticket perhaps? Apple making more money after you throw you’re phone out of the window after not getting the app to work?*

    Anyway, the issue stems from not being able to even read my card. So I can’t even top it up. Why not just let people put in the card number at the back of each card instead? Seems like a simple solution to something that causes their users a world of frustration and problems? Their contact us goes to an email (of course there’s going to be a good response time for that when you’re waiting at a bus stop needing to top up your card?).

    Doesn’t work, latest iPhone won’t read the card. Quicker to go to a store and top up the old fashioned way. Complete waste of time.

    Card reader does not work after update. iPhone 13. Didn’t anyone check this before rolling out the update???? Where is the quality control? Whoever you hired to make the app is scamming you Nice.
