The whole premise of being able to use the app is to scan the card with your phone, and this function does not work at all. We tried multiple phones. No way for us to refill = useless app.choazie

The staffs of the tram is very aggressive and always look for opportunities to trap tourists and fine them. If you are a tourists who do not speak french well, please be ready to contact your country’s consulate when you face them. They are literally robberies hired by the goverment.Show lessscotchpen

Worse than the old App
The app does not allow you to use your mobile phone as a ticket. You need a separate plastic card to charge. Nice ticket no longer works. So visitors have no obvious way to buy tickets. Very poor and a step backwards.highersights
