Hi there, We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Since the payments are recurring, deleting the app or inactive usage doesn't affect the billing cycle. Please cancel your subscription in the iPhone settings: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled. To request a refund, please do the following: 1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. 2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." 3.
