If you’re wanting follow along workouts with voice guided instructions, this is not the app for you. If you want professionally written workout progressions with detailed descriptions of each move and a video showing the proper form, you will LOVE this app. In addition, there are many alternative moves to each exercise so these workouts truly are for any activity level. No turning back once you sign up
I love Cory and her programs but I had a huge problem with their policy regarding refunds. I signed up for $200 a year for the access to the app. At the start of month 2 I realized I could not continue, due to the pain in my SI joint AND a medical issue which was having me be tested for adrenal problems. I reached out and asked if I could pay for 2 month (although I had only used one) in full price (it’s $30 a month if you do monthly); so can I pay $60 and cancel my subscription WITH A DOCTOR’S LETTER and I was told no. I was told to go through the app messaging board to get help from a staff member on a program I can do. Long story short I have not used the app beyond the beginning and have paid a year. I would like to see them change their policy for a situation where I would have gladly provided medical note and blood test results.
