The concept is great but the app literally DOES NOT WORK. Every time a notification pops up, I click into the app and all I get is an error. It sure likes to work when nothing is available but that’s it. So disappointed

Sorry for the slow experience! We're growing fast and are having trouble keeping up with bandwidth needs! We're a small team doing everything we can to fix the app in Charlotte. We're close to the solution so hopefully you can get your hands on a bag soon. Love the concept. Downloaded and was ready give it a try. The first notification came in. Clicked it and app fails to load then gives 404 error. Nothing wrong with Wi-Fi on this end. Seems notifications draw a rush and app can’t handle it. Well I was ready to give this a try. Poor app led to epic fail and loss of user at the onset. Too bad again the concept is great.

Sorry to hear about the 404 error :( Transparently, we're a small team of 4 doing everything we can to fix the loading issues in Charlotte. We'll have a fix soon!Maybe it’s bugged but there’s always a huge delay when opening the app so you rarely get your choice of picks anyway. Deleting.

This app is buggy, often has trouble connecting.
Most of the places they sign up in Charlotte are either an hour outside of the city or it’s just someone’s house selling pastries.
I use this app multiple times a week. I just think it’s so great. At one of my more recent pick ups I actually met someone from the Goodiebag team and they were super duper nice and it was nice being able to see that the company is run by real people who actually care about it and its customers!!
The concept behind sustainable food and avoiding food waste is awesome and there are some great deals that Goodie Bag offers BUT....the app is HORRIBLE. And I mean it's terrible. So bad. It takes forever to load after clicking on a banner nonfiction so by the time I've loaded the app, the offer I previously clicked on is nonexistent. This happens almost 9 times out of 10 and it's incredibly frustrating for restaurants with higher demand. If you happen to select a goodie bag for a high-demand restaurant before it sells out, the likelihood of actually getting the bag you selected is decreased because Goodie Bag allows for your bag to be taken by another user before checking out. So, with their glitchy app, it's unlikely that you'll actually check out with a Goodie Bag that's desirable. On a week-to-week average, the amount of bags I actually get after clicking on a notification follows an average ratio of 1 to 20, with the issue almost always being the app failing to load.
This is such a great idea and the demand is there for this app, so please don't screw it up by failing to fix your apps issues.
