Never again!
I made a reservation for the following day, and found out minutes later that my plans had changed and I needed to cancel the reservation. Apparently buried deep in their terms and conditions they have a 48 hour cancellation policy, and they refused to cancel my reservation without charging me a 50% cancellation fee. The fee would be over $1000. These people are monsters, do not give them your money.

They had absolutely NO customer service, avoid at all cost!
Rip off
Even though I did not use over 300 miles, they claimed I used 400 miles and took the money. I made all notes where I went and that mile was definitely less than 300 miles. However, according to the receipt it said the mile that I used was “EXACT” 400 miles, that doesn’t make sense at all. I sent messages to the customer service but they never answered anything. I asked them more explanation but they didn’t answer. The car was good, I always had wanted to drive Tesla, just I feel disappointed that they falsified the record. I recommend you check the mile at first before departing the car after picking up it. I feel so bad.

I book my trip 2 days in advance. My card was charged I sent my documents to get verified .I still haven’t been verified they just charged me took my money and I miss my reservation becuz it’s not verified.. this app is a scam be careful
