  • Horrible experience

    This is the worse choice I have ever made to rent from them. They don't let you know that all cars have limited mileage, until you will find out by yourself later. While other companies offer you unlimited mileage on the car. Also the company don't have tolls tags/devices on the car so you will be charged unexpected high amount every time you’re going to use the toll roads. Lastly the handling was extremely difficult, there is no physical employees that can help you to locate the cars or to assist you with accessing it. You will not be provided a physical key, it’s all handled in their app with make is hard to lock and unlock the car sometimes especially if you’re hands are busy any you can’t use your phone. Overall, my experience was horrible and I don’t wish for anyone to go through the same issue. Try to avoid renting from them!!!!

  • Terrible

    Stay away from this rental service they will get over on you every chance they get they charge ridiculous cleaning fees I returned a vehicle that needed to be vacuumed and they charged me $150 for it to be vacuumed gas gauge was less than a quarter inch from full they charged me $75 for gas it’s a 4 cylinder should take anymore than $50 to fill up the tank. The key thing is a nightmare they don’t give you a key and you have to use the app and it takes forever to actually getting in the car while waiting for the key to connect. Do your self a favor and find another rideshare company because they are horrible. I have rented with other companies as an Uber driver and they are by far the worst

It is our policy that the vehicle is returned clean and with a full tank of fuel. $150 is the fee if detailing is required, if it was just a floor mat that needed to be vacuumed.   • Horrible company

    Use your credit card and debit cards and the access to take your money when your not paying attention so ur going to have 11$ and 27$ charges to your card for no reason and when u try and contact them it’s only through txt message never phone .. they use a rental car to get your information then rob u as much as you let them please band this company and this app worse thing ever it shouldn’t be happening Kinto reach out to me !!! U owe a lot of people
