The display provides everything you need while not appearing too busy. I wish the image showed my actual vehicle and not a weird blueprint rendering, however I’m very happy with Mazda and their finance process thus farNever buying a Mazda again and can’t wait to get rid of this one
It’s completely unacceptable that I can’t access my information at any given time, if I wish to do so. I’m paying way too much for my car to not be able to utilize your resources. Scheduled maintenance is for 6/15 and it’s the 14th so not understanding why I can’t view anything. I have things to take care of and need the information on your site/app whatever and neither is working. On top of that, I’m completely unable to send an email to you. If everything is going to be down, you need to have back up people to answers phones or on chat because just not giving us an option to view our information when we’re paying a bunch of money to you for a car is shameful and disrespectful.Show lessApp could use improvements
Where do I start?
First - I get a payment confirmation that says my payment has BEEN processed (not ‘is being’) and so I move a little money to another account and then a week later get an email saying my autopay didn’t go through.
THEN I find out that it canceled my future auto pay without any notification so the next one doesn’t go through.
THEN I find out the bank account I had it drawing from was removed altogether and an old account I’d used once and has been closed for at least a year was re-connected.
THEN I find out that updating my home address in the app means nothing because you have to call to have it changed (so why is that even an option in the app?).
Two stars for giving me a place to pay more easily when it works. Otherwise, this is one of the worst financial apps I’ve used.Show less
