Thank you for using the Pets Best Mobile App. In this release we have made updates to the following items to enhance user experience:
• Expanded API options to include disclosures
• Updated API to expand and enhance condition offerings
• Notification enhancements
App is awful: Slow, and freezes, forgets my login on one screen but not the other. 2 different menus and they do different things. It won’t open medical records or some documents when you click on it. Service: taking forever to process a simple sinus infection, and a lot of bogus rules about pre existing conditions. I rescued an older cat and got insurance… no I don’t have dental records from the last year. So I’m paying them a lovely monthly premium then don’t even get a teeth cleaning or extractions covered. Kitten gets better coverage- I suggest you shop elsewhere for adult cats unless they have a squeaky clean health history. Customer service is rude and they talk to you like you’re an idiot. I’m def a sucker, good reminder 👌🏼
