I used them for several years. They were fast in processing claims and never had issue. However, in the past few months they have been terrible. Claims takes weeks to process. Their app has too many glitch and I’ve to resubmit the claims over and over. They don’t ask for my dog’s medical record yet claim everything is pre-existing and deny it. Their customer service is horrible, most don’t speak English properly and they are not trained. Within 5 minutes you hear different answers for the same thing. So disappointing, they used to be really good.
