Not good

Really not that great of an app. Still doesn’t let me transfer money or really make any changes. Still doesn’t offer zelle pay, really behind in tech compared to other bank apps

Clean, fresh, faster

So much better and faster than the last app with its turtle slow load times. It’s user friendly and intuitive. This app is much improved!

Very Disappointed

The older version was better. This app doesn't show pending transactions (a great feature) and there's no log off button.

Not my favorite

Runs very slowly and the two step verification needs to be taken off or updated , sometimes i can’t even get into my account because i never get the code that it sends to my number. transferring money from each account takes longer than before.

Absolutely useless balance won’t track don’t know if anything is processing, deposits are taking forever to log. Why develop this uselessness when last app worked really well.

Third day

So it won’t load my balances correctly or anything. I have use card nav, to get my balance. It’s been a struggle to stay logged in. It took 4 hours the first day to even get in. But I do like the new set up. Much much easier to use.

Verification not working

I know the app is brand new, but I don’t understand why I can’t verify my phone number too access to app. I never get a code. Please fix this!

Truly, not an entire upgrade from previous app.

Ease of use is okay and it looks updated/ more pleasing to the eye. I’m hoping this new app gets an update version ASAP… Its very frustrating that I can’t move my accounts around the way I want and delete things from my homepage. Disappointed and frustrated to say the least.

First Day

The new Wasatch Peaks mobile banking launched today, and wow has it been a struggle. The old app was just fine and I spoke to a representative and it should be a good program… once it works! Absolutely not letting me log in at the moment.
